Friendly staff on arrival, Clean room, Breakfast great to have in the morning in a communal seating room with a variety of restaurants And cafes near by. General shops such as kmart, baby bunting, banks, woolworths plus more located less then 5 minute drive to Kearney Springs Toowoomba Plaza.

Cleanliness of room was well below average. Not well ventilated bathrooms and in apartment - A lot of condensation formed on windows overnight. Stains on sofa and cushions were worn and didn’t look clean. Smoke alarm went off at 4am for no reason. For price expect a lot more.
