Lovely and fancy hotel! Very clean room and facility! Loved the room, it was spacious, clean, comfortable. I liked the location in central Madrid, walking distance to alot of sightseeing in Madrid ! Loved the walk out to the balcony from the room !

We Loved our villa. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful. Can't understand how it's not a four starr Hotel. Huge grounds and loads of sun loungers.

There was not not enough room in the bedroom to access bed from both sides. Bed was pushed up against the wall in order to fit in the bedroom.

The location was good but that was about it

It didn’t feel safe. There was no lock on our door and morning our door was opened. We didn’t get any fresh towels for the duration of our stay. There was no reception/staff it was weird. The street outside was extremely noisy at night time.
