I didn't have the breakfast, but I did have fruit, pastry and muesli in the room when I got there. There was also a fridge with milk, water and a yogurt in. I loved the fact that it was just like the photos ( I stayed in cocoes one) I could sit on the sofa for the tv and to study which is the reason I went there. Sitting out on the balcony area listening to the church bells and the birds was fantastic. If its a quiet getaway you want then this is the place for you.

Not anything I can say that I didn't like, it sounds a bit kissy kissy but for the reason I booked the lace it was over and above what i thought it was going to be.

Very convenient, close to both train station and bus station. Easy to walk to most facilities in the town. Breakfast choice not huge but good. Staff friendly. WiFi and TV with multiple choices.

Location was fantastic and the host was very compensating and explained everything clearly. The room was also quite comfortable despite the small size.

The bathroom is awkwardly situated in the middle of the room(that also has no windows) so you're really trapped in whatever environment you create. The shower itself was grimy and very unpleasant to use.

The signposting to this hotel from the south-north terminal link is very bad. It takes you to part of the ramp near the hotel that overlooks the hotel, but you are not able to access it. The signposting needs to direct you to enter the Easyjet bagdrop area and immediately turn right once inside. I understand that the hotel have raised this signposting with Gatwick airport management but nothing has been done by them to correct it. Until they do, it would be very useful for Booking.com & the hotel to give the clear correct instructions on the booking form, as I am sure that I am not the only person who has got lost trying to find the entrance.

I was here for three nights. I was ill last week for 2 my bedding in the room is disgraceful. Has not been changed. The room has not been cleaned properly. I left my washing to be done on Monday morning at 6 o’clock and I arrive back at 5:30 Tuesday to be told it couldn’t be done This to be a reputable hotel I have many villages hotels and this is a very big disappointment. I left this morning at 6 o’clock and I arrived back at 5:30 this evening and the bedding is still dirty. I am so shattered I cannot go and find another hotel as I’m too tired .
