The staff we're extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our stay, they were so helpful with information about where to go,how to save and just really trying to make sure we enjoyed our stay, the bed in our room, 208 Leyla, was very comfortable, shower and bathroom were always spotless clean, we could walk to almost everywhere within 20-25 minutes and it's just 5 minutes back to the bus terminal, location wise it was ideal for us, 2 really nice piazza squares close by and a quality restaurant called il rifollo just around the corner, we didn't eat in the hotel as we wanted to try a lot of local restaurants but the smell of food cooking/baking every morning was lovely, when we come back to Venice it is definitely going to be my 1st option to look at before we book, thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable

The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The air conditioner in our room did not work, we asked the representative at the reception to try to fix it, the air conditioner was indeed fixed but all the electricity in the room stopped working as a result. Again a technician came to fix the electricity in the room and again the air conditioner stopped working. We asked to be moved to another room, they moved us to a room that had a very strong smell of mothballs but it was already 1 am and we were very tired so we just gave up on another argument and went to sleep. The hotel charged us the full amount for the room, breakfast and parking without any compensation. Very disappointing and of course we will not return and will not recommend. We booked a room with a mountain view, the room faces the main road and is very noisy.

The worst service I have experienced overall, I traveled around every European countries and this was my worst experience staying at this apartment. If you ask my recommendation then never go for this hotel/apartment. They have just created a fake scenario of providing facilities but when you check-in nothing will be provided.
