A very competent and friendly manager, always in touch and always ready to help. Sent a welcome message with instructions. There is an opportunity for independent check-in. Well-equipped kitchen and good appliances, air conditioning. There is a shared washing machine on the floor and a laundry in the house. It was quiet during our stay. Within walking distance there is a grocery store and several local stores like Zabka. From the train station to apartments - 20 minutes walk.

The apartment needs cosmetic repairs. It is located on the ground floor next to the basement - this makes the room damp and cold (especially in the bathroom). The apartment does not have a window, but there is a door to the backyard where are located the garbage containers. When we arrived, cleaning was done partially. Sofa instead of bed

Absolutely amazing! Apartment is the heart of the city, you enter and exit the building directly at the Old Town Square. new decor is tastefully mixed with antique elements (wooden bars, well-restored wooden doors) . Comfy and quiet, clean, dog-friendly place. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom.. Lots of tiny details inside that make the stay a unique experience..

The room was big and spacious, had all the essentials, location is convenient with food options, rail station, and transit all nearby. Hotel communicated well ahead of time how to gain access to the building so I had no trouble getting in, they had the room ready early when I asked if I could store my luggage until check in time.

I was in the “sadistic dentist” themed room and while I grew to see the humour of the situation others might not. The other rooms all appeared to have less horrific themes lol (zebra, space…)

Sound and bed. The owner needs to fix the room with proper ventilation. Indeed the room is not sound proof, with noise from the running tram penetrating upto the 8th floor until midnight. The bed is uncomfortable to sleep with creeky sound whenever you move. Towels not provided.
