Steffen and Karen went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The large garden is exceptional and we appreciated being encouraged to use it freely. The cottage is clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the welcome pack. Steffen and Karen were very accommodating when our flight time changed at the last minute, which was very much appreciated. They provided lots of information about the island, which helped us plan our week, spent exploring the island on foot and by bus. The cottage is conveniently placed for good walks, the bus stop and the local Graciosa is a lovely island to unwind and enjoy the countryside.

Everything was perfect . Located in a very quiet residential area. Superb terrace . Possibility of using the kitchen. Well located not far from the center. Adorable staff at your disposal and possibilities for boat trips organized by themselves. Impeccable cleanliness and equipment conforming to the announcement. I will come back without problems.

This apartment was large, comfortable, well resourced and in the most wonderful location for flower festival, music festival and a short walk to reach the old town and other cultural areas. Close to wonderful restaurants and easy access to busses, taxis and cable cars to view the island. Overlooks a beautiful municipal garden. Would highly recommend.

No complaints at all but would advise that there is no lift and if you cannot climb stairs easily then not probably not for you.

Great communication with the Hygge Chiado team who supported our stay, the apartment is in a great location in the heart of Lisbon, walking distance to lovely restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials. The Hygge caffe served a delicious brunch, highly recommend.

It's well organised. Entry and exit doesn't require staff. It's close to airport and easy to get to the beach. Good kitchen facilities. V good to us and let us store two bike boxes at the house for three weeks at no cost.

Basement room a little air less. And always frustrating that there is no where to hang towels up to dry etc Many people use it either as last or first night stay so quite a lot of coming and going

The apartment was inside an old building, but this not implies that mold and bad smell couldn't be solved. I also found it a little bit dirty and neglected.
