Location and parking was excellent for our stop off for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard and our onward journey to P Town, very good indoor pool, the receptionist was incredibly helpful explaining local restaurants with a good recommendation.

Island life review: The host was so helpful and considerate if you have any problems and questions. The place is cute and you can see an amazing sunrise on the sea , plus free parking is right out front.

The location of the hotel is great, and the stuff are kind and nice.

I paid for breakfast in my reservation but had to argue for half an hour in order to get it during my first morning there. Hotel wrote a very short apology through booking after my written complaint, but still, it ruined my day !

my bathroom had dirty face cloths left on the sink from the previous occupant. My bed was not made any of the 3 nights I stayed there. The bathroom was very poorly painted and not plastered well - so all these things gave a very rundown feel to the whole place - the bed is suspended on something that I am still at a loss to describe - it was like lying on a a mattress that was supported by 3 oil drums tried together with wire.

Had to ask to have your room topped up with towels, coffee and garbage removed. For smokers there was not any place to put your butts so they were scattered all over the property
