This is unusual accommodation, in that it looks like a hotel but we actually had a 2-bedroom flat in the hotel, with well-equipped kitchen and living area. There was plenty of storage space and a pleasant under cover balcony outside. The pool was fine, as were the 2 jacuzzis and towels etc were well organized and good. We had convenient underground parking, and reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

The fireplace was amazing!! We bought some kindling and firewood from Canadian tire. It was soooo warm, we made s’mores! I think this would be great for groups of friends looking for a more personal stay, rather than hotels! Very good location, in between Banff and Canmore, good view of the mountains.
