I like the location, excellent service, lovely staff. A very special thanks to Miss Lina and her colleague Mr…. from the reception for her wonderful reception and kindness, as we arrived at the hotel early before chek-in time and we were tired from the trip. So, she gave us free breakfast for the first day until the rooms were ready, and she also gave us early check-in to the rooms. Also special thanks to the great hotel guard for his service, kindness and smily face.

Situated in the heart of Knightsbridge, Bulgari Hotel London features 85 beautifully appointed spacious rooms and suites, an elegant bar and restaurant, a 25-metre swimming pool, private cinema, and a... To start, the staff were amazing, made me very relaxed and comfortable, i wish i could remember names to thank them all here!, when checking in i was allowed to the room at 11:50am, something i did not expect at all.. the Hotel's location is super amazing, its 200m away from HARRODS and 200m away fro the HYDE PARK!

Solo business traveller, I would like to thank Capital Hotel Knightbridge's staff for checking up on me after informing the concierge when I'm on the way in that I am a bit tipsy after a few drinks. A lady staff went to my room within 10mins, asking me if I need any medical attention. I am overwhelmed for the kindness & care given to me during my stays. ❤️ Keep it up.
