The room was cold because the heater was on when every occupant was back, so I think there should be a small heater in the bedroom that can be on if occupant arrives earlier than others, also for the window to have a curtain which will make the room warmer and keep the wind out.

Nearness to everything. It's at the centre of the town. Lovely breakfast options and can prepare lunch or dinner with food stuff provided in the kitchen. I will stay in the accommodation again if I visit Belfast again. We took a walk to W5 and drove 6 minutes to Titanic.

Very clean and tidy. Kitchen was stocked with more than enough. A great location, close to bus services into central Belfast. Bed was really comfy.

A couple of broken things in one of the bathrooms, like the toilet seat and the plug in the sink was stuck, but there were two bathrooms anyway, and they were both very clean. A small issue getting into the rooms, but was easily resolved.

A lovely stay at Castlereagh guest house, it was only for one night, but the accommodation was clean, the rooms were nice. Nice choice of options in the kitchen for breakfast and facilites to make toast, egg etc. Also not a far walk from Lanyon Place train station and easy to find.

Loved our host, though we met him briefly, and also the cleanliness of the place. Newly refurbished and fresh. And the kitchen was just wonderful to use, along with the extra amenities.

We did have to wait an hour to get to use a bathroom on the evening we arrived. So if you've "range anxiety" go before you arrive. However, the 2 bathrooms are good and spacious.

Super location within walking distance of everything - but public transport and the main train station are maybe a km or so away if you want to get around that way. When you arrive, there's no obvious identification on it near the door but you'll have received you "type the following code at the entrance. Your key is in a wallbox outside your door, type the following code to open it. The room - ours anyway - is, how do I say this? - bijou. It has a skylight, but was comfortable, with a good heater and a telly. What more do you need? Bathrooms (there are 2 for the 5 rooms) are about half-way up the house. Breakfast is DIY but the kitchen is well equipped and pleasant. If you want the likes of cold cuts or a fry up, bring your own ingredients (though there are plenty of eggs in the fridge). If there's anything you need, there's a decent late-night convenience store 5 minutes walk away.

It was a bit far from the city centre.

Nice facilities, we felt very comfortable with the self service approach, everything was clean and tidy. We loved that they have gluten free options for breakfast.

There was only too things, it was a little chilly, so heating could do with being turned up a bit and there was one shower that didn't really work, but these are very small details and didn't make our stay any less comfortable

Check in and out was all done by ourselves, made it very easy. The host was amazing, there was a full continental breakfast in the morning with access to eggs in the fridge, all vegan and vegetarian options available too. It was a very comfortable house, very quiet, TVs in the rooms but there's also a lounge which was cosy. Towels and hairdryer provided. All in all great value for money.

Unfortunately the TV in my room didn’t work and once the television wasn’t working properly the satellite set top box didn’t work. Not a major problem as I watched TV in the lounge

Shower in the first shower room was not working great but I did get into the second bathroom and had a good shower there.

Breakfast was quite enough for just what needed. Room was comfortable. A few issues getting in but these were sorted quickly !
